Spokane Clock Tower

The magnificent clock tower situated in Spokane's Riverside Park was built in 1902 as part of the Great Northern Railroad depot.  When the station was demolished for Expo '74, the 155-foot clock tower was preserved.

Each of the four clocks in the clock tower are nine feet wide.  The pendulum in the tower weighs 700 lbs.  Visitors to Spokane can hear the clock chime every hour.
